My store purchase didn't arrive

What to do if something you bought isn't showing in-game.

  1. Rejoin the server. Some purchases are only delivered while you are online.
  2. Make sure you entered the right username at checkout.
  3. Still nothing after a few minutes? Open a ticket in our Discord with your username and your transaction ID from the receipt email.
